Charming Stay Near the Castle!

The staff members were friendly and always ready to help! I found a wireless phone charger, a multi-zone power adapter, and bathrobes in my room. Breakfast offered an amazing array of options. they make snacks and drinks available throughout the day!
The hotel location proved very difficult due to steep slopes and cobblestones! It was hard to get taxis to come all the way up. I wish the hotel had made this clearer beforehand.

The staff was very amicable. Their kindness. The hotel offers a free airport transfer in a premium vehicle! I got a welcome glass of Port wine in my room.

castle stay was awesome
peacocks helpful staff
this hotel is great cause it is right in the castle! there are peacocks everywhere, it's a plus. the staff were amazing, so kind, helpful, and responsive. it was an awesome experience.
the location very difficult for anyone with a disability, it is a hike. taxis flatly refuse to drive up to it. forty five degree slopes up wet, loose cobbles definitely not one for anyone with a heart problem.

my room includes bathrobes, slippers, and port wine. breakfast had sparkling wine and pastries, such as pastel de nata. the room has views of the castle peacocks, it is beautiful.

they give complimentary wine by a fire pit! i get port in the room, that is a great touch. the buffet breakfast includes orange juice, it is delicious. also you can get coffee and cakes all day in the lobby!
